Prices, which will be displayed during checkout, include VAT and shipping costs for the EU-wide purchases, and exclude VAT, duties and shipping costs for the purchases from outside of the EU.

4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are only processed upon full payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver worldwide, and shipping costs depend on the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs and any associated expenses must be covered by the customer. We do not cover these costs to reduce carbon emissions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after receiving the returned item.
