Taxes and Duties

For all orders within the EU, prices already include VAT.

How do I return an item?

At TOMA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, contact us at contact@toma-europe.com providing us with the order number and the reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hernalser Hauptstraße 90/15, 1170 Vienna, Austria.

If your return is approved, you may proceed with the return process. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. You may use the carrier of your choice to ship the items back to us.
